Concerns procedure
If you are unhappy with our service provided or how we store your personal data, initially you should contact the person normally dealing with your case or their supervising partner. The supervising partner will either be Ron Hiller or Alain Bornstein. The person who has been handling your matter and the supervising partner will carry out an investigation into your concerns and provide a response to you within 15 working days.
If the matter is more complex it may take a little longer investigate it. The supervising partner will keep you informed and provide you with a time frame for a reply.
To assist in resolving your concern the supervising partner may suggest either a telephone conversation, zoom session or a face to face meeting with you which ever is more convenient for yourself.

The Legal Ombudsman provides us with a period of eight weeks from when we receive your concern to resolve issues with you before they will agree to look into a concern. If you are unhappy with our reply to you concern you may raise your concern with the Legal Ombudsman. Please note that concerns should be brought within six years from the date of the concern. Alternatively within three years from when it would be reasonable for you to have known about the concern. The Legal Ombudsman often only agree to investigate in circumstances where they have been contacted within six months of our concluding response to your concern.
