“Free basic wills for our community“
We don’t have the skills to work in hospitals but we want to help the community where we can.
As a practice, we specialise in supporting the vulnerable in our society in managing their financial and welfare matters. In the current COVID-19 pandemic we are now all becoming vulnerable in a manner that was never foreseen.
To give something back to our community we are offering a FREE basic will while we can. No catch, no donation fees, just doing what we can with the skills we have.
So if you or you know someone who wants a ‘free’ will just get in touch via our website, Linkedin or Facebook page.
Keep safe everyone.
Craybeck Law aims to help you see what’s happening, moving you forward in life. We all have different goals, tell us what they are and we’ll see how we can help you achieve them.
We don’t have an office as we come and see you when and where it’s convenient. You can see us by appointment between 8am to 7pm, Monday to Fridays and 9am to 12 noon on Saturdays.
Most of our services are fixed fees. This means you know straight away how much this will cost. If you want to you can add other services as needed. We have special fee rates if you’re on income support or have a low income.
To reduce your costs we’ve found there are some things you can do, where you don’t need us to do it for you. We’ll give you guidance and checklists to assist you. If you need more help, just come and ask it doesn’t cost any more.
If you’re unhappy with how someone has treated you, a contract which seems unfair, someone’s taken advantage or been unfair to you, come and talk to us about dispute resolution.
Local authorities are required to conduct assessments, provide services and information to vulnerable adults. Mostly this process works well. If it does not a vulnerable adult may be exposed to risk or abuse. We can assist families to resolve these issues.
We help individual clients and their families understand their legal issues and provide solutions for them. We found it's mostly the solutions people are looking for. Our solicitors can advise on numerous legal topics to provide ways forward.
A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) allows you the donor to appoint someone you trust to make decisions in the future if you are unable to understand or decide for yourself.
