Craig Ward, Baron of Lundie wrote the Law Society’s textbook on Lasting Powers of Attorney, the 4th edition (2019). He drafts lasting powers of attorney and advises on community care and mental incapacity law. He is a CEDR accredited mediator and conducts commercial and vulnerable adult mediations.
Craig speaks around the UK and internationally on mental capacity law, the Court of Protection, managing vulnerable adults.
Ron Hiller is a member of the Institute of Supervisory Management and the Institute of Credit Management. Ron has held several director and executive roles in international companies and brings a wide range of commercial experience to the Firm. He brings to the Firm over 12 years experience of working with vulnerable adults. Both in the public and private sectors as a professional deputy and attorney. He is also recognised a dementia champion.
Ron provides specialist guidance and assistance to local authorities and care providers in managing the affairs of vulnerable individuals.
